We reserve the right, in our sole and absolute discretion, to modify the Content, features, user experience of our Website, or to modify these Terms of Use at any time and without prior notice. When we modify these Terms of Use, we will update the “Last Updated” date on this page. Changes to the Terms of Use will be effective at the date of posting. We retain the right at our sole discretion to deny access to anyone to this Website and the services we offer, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these Terms of Use.

The Website is used to aggregate listings and bookings of Remote Accommodations throughout the United States and Canada. You must sign up for a free LodgeLink account to search and view the listings on our Website. Further, any booking you make through this Website, including a request for a booking, is subject to the Master Contract signed by you or your organization whether signed online or offline.

Some financial institutes and credit card companies charge additional fees for international transactions. If you are making a booking outside of the United States or Canada using a foreign credit card, as applicable, your bank may convert the payment amount to your local currency and charge you a conversion fee. Therefore, the amount listed on your credit card statement may be in your local currency. That means that you may see a different figure than the amount shown on the transaction summary page for a reservation booked on our Website. The exchange rate between the United States or Canadian dollar and your local currency and any following foreign transaction fees are determined solely by your local bank on the transaction date. If you have any questions about potential fees mentioned above or the exchange rate applied to your booking, please contact your bank.
